on youtube there is a comparison between natalie and marni’s vocals. of course, marni is the better vocalist, but natalie is surprisingly good. i think in fact her vocals were good enough to be left in the final cut of the film. if robert wagner had only said something different than what he did to natalie after they viewed a rough cut of the film together they/her vocals probably would have been left in.
